نحوه اجرا بتن غلطکی

بعد از بدست آوردن نسبت اختلاط مناسب، تولید در کارگاه بتن(بچینگ) شروع میشود. بتن Rcc تولید شده با اسلامپ پایین و دانه بندی کنترل شده  توسط کامیون بارگیری شده و به محل پخش منتقل میگردد.  زمان مجاز از هنگام بارگیری تا تخلیه به شرایط محیط و آب و هوا متفاوت می باشد.

عملیات پخش: عملیات پخش رویه بتنی باهمان دستگاه های پخش آسفالت شامل فینیشر،غلطک آهنی و غلطک چرخ لاستیکی اما با اعمال تغییرات اساسی در آنها انجام می شود.عملیات پخش باید طوری انجام شود که بیشترین تراکم  توسط ویبره پشت دستگاه فینیشر باشد، غلطک آهنی کمپکت اولیه را انجام میدهد و سپس با غلطک چرخ لاستیکی، بتن را به تراکم و سطح مطلوب میرسانیم . به منظور ایجاد تراکم کافی در بتن غلتکی لازم است تا این بتن به اندازه کافی خشک باشد تا بتواند وزن غلتک ارتعاشی را تحمل نماید . همچنین لازم است تا به اندازه کافی مرطوب باشد تا خمیر سیمان در هنگام اختلاط و تراکم بتواند بخوبی در بین ذرات سنگدانه بتنی قرار گیرد. (نمونه استوانه ای زیر نشان از کیفیت بالای اجرای بتن غلطکی است).
